<p>Pemko design and manufacture door seals, threshold sealing products, acoustic seals and continuous geared hinges which are designed to meet a range of requirements by reference to Building Regulations.

<p>Door Seals. </p>
<p>A wide variety of door edge seals allow specifiers and end users to chose composite seals combining aluminium holders which contain sealing gaskets of various design, available as brush seals, silicone seals, vinyl or other elastomeric materials.
Perimeter gap seals are available which can be surface mounted adhesive backed, or they can be rebated into the door opening.
Pemko perimeter door gap seals perform as acoustic door seals, sometimes referred to as sound attenuating door seals, draught and weather seals, environmental seals and energy saving door seals. Some are specially designed to function as access and security door seals.

<p>Threshold
Sealing </p>
<p>A door threshold is essential for ensuring optimum performance is achieved and Pemko provide automatic door bottom seals containing unique closing features, a non mechanical alternative can be found in the door shoe range.
Pemko offers a wide range of low level thresholds for internal and external use that satisfy the requirements of Approved Document M for wheelchair disabled users of a building, some designs reduce thermal bridging in this vulnerable area of the doorset. Offset saddle designs can be applied to the cill which butt up to carpets or other protrusions.

<p>Ramps
</p>
<p>Pemko provide a range of solutions to ramped approaches through their modular aluminium ramp systems, alternatively modular rubber ramps or recycled rubber ramps.
</p>
<p>Continuous Geared Hinges
</p>
<p>The Pemko continuous geared hinge range of products are designed to be fixed to the full height of the door, they are equally suitable for new build and refurbishment and are approved for both standard and fire resisting doorsets.
Pemko continuous geared hinges allow doors to open 180° and have been tested to over 1,500,000 cycles,they provide low closing forces on doors weighing up to 345kg.
Pemko continuous geared hinges are available for full mortise installation, half mortise and face fixed with variants which cater for security, safety and extended throw, they are designed to eliminate repetitive maintenance.
